We are currently completing the remodel of the master bath.  This is near completion and will be finished by the end of the month.
 
Additionally we are repainting 75% of the house at this time as well.

Rent is $2450/month for a minimum of 90 day rentals. Rent is based upon a base of:
Base Rental            $1600
Utilities (elec/water) $  500
Cable and Internet    $   75
Pool Service           $   125
Lawn Service           $  150
Total                      $2,450
An application is required with references and credit check. Payment can be made by credit card for a 3.5% fee.
